By purchasing or using Unclutter ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Unclutter is a product of Fifth of Fifth Technology, operating as 5x5 Labs ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on any Mac computers you personally own. This is a one-time purchase — no subscription is required. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.
Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the Software at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at our discretion.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the Software at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the Software. We recommend reviewing files before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5x5 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or lost profits.
Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Software, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
